In the app at Settings → Account → Delete account. Pause or delete any active Auto-Save rules first — account deletion does not retroactively cancel pending ACH transfers. You can also email support@getaurelo.app with subject "Delete my account."

Email support@getaurelo.app immediately with the subject "Auto-Save dispute" and include the rule, the transfer date, and what you expected. Under Reg E you generally have 60 days from the date the transfer first appeared on your bank statement to dispute. Disputing through your bank is often the fastest path to resolution; we will cooperate with the bank investigation.

Most "broken" bank links are caused by a password change, MFA reset, or a bank-side outage. In the app, tap the bank in Settings → Connected Banks → Reconnect. If reconnection fails repeatedly, email support@getaurelo.app with the bank name and the error message Plaid showed.

Email support@getaurelo.app with subject "Privacy Request — Data Export." We will verify your identity using your account email and respond within 45 days with a portable export of the personal information we hold about you.

When you join the waitlist on the homepage, the modal includes an "Apply to become a beta tester" checkbox. We hand-pick beta testers from waitlist applicants. Selection is not guaranteed, but selected beta testers get Aurelo Gold free for life.
