Plain-English summary: Gold is $12 per month or $80 per year. Gold Family is $20 per month or $200 per year. Every subscription is bought in the app through the App Store or Google Play, and renews automatically until you cancel. You cancel in that same store, and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us. If we raise prices, existing subscribers get at least 30 days notice first.

YOU MAY CANCEL AT ANY TIME AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 4. CANCELLATION STOPS FUTURE CHARGES. YOU KEEP ACCESS THROUGH THE END OF THE PERIOD YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR.
1. What These Terms Cover
These Subscription Terms supplement and form part of the Aurelo Terms of Service (see Section 5, “Subscription Tiers”). In the event of any conflict between these Subscription Terms and the general Terms of Service, these Subscription Terms control with respect to paid subscriptions.
The Founding Member program is governed by its own Founding Member Program Terms, which control for that program.
2. Tiers and Pricing
- Free Tier — $0. The baseline Aurelo experience. The current feature set for each tier is described in the Terms of Service, Section 5.1.
- Gold — $12.00 per month or $80.00 per year.
- Gold Family — $20.00 per month or $200.00 per year.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Depending on where you live, applicable taxes are added by Apple or Google at checkout.
3. Auto-Renewal
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNTIL YOU CANCEL. By subscribing, you authorize Apple or Google, as applicable, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current price for your plan.
Renewal cadence:
- Monthly plans renew every month on the same date you subscribed.
- Annual plans renew every year on the same date you subscribed.
Apple and Google send their own renewal notices under their store policies. Aurelo does not control the timing or content of those notices.
4. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep full access until then.
Every Aurelo subscription is an in-app purchase, so you cancel it in the store that sold it to you:
- iPhone or iPad: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Aurelo, then Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play, then Menu, then Subscriptions, then Aurelo, then Cancel.
The App links you straight to that screen from Settings, then Subscription. Aurelo cannot cancel a store subscription for you, because Aurelo does not control the billing relationship. If you cannot find the setting, email jackie@getaurelo.app from the address on your account and we will walk you through it.
5. Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access through the end of the current paid period and your subscription does not renew. We do not prorate or refund partial periods.
App Store refunds are governed by Apple’s policies. Google Play refunds are governed by Google’s policies. Refund requests for in-app purchases should generally be directed to the relevant store first.
6. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices for new sign-ups at any time. For existing subscribers, we will give you at least thirty (30) days’ notice before any price increase takes effect at your next renewal. If you do not want to pay the new price, you may cancel before the renewal date. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Founding Members are exempt from price increases for as long as their subscription remains continuously active. See the Founding Member Program Terms.
7. Where You Pay
- If you subscribe on an iPhone or iPad, billing is handled by Apple through your Apple account.
- If you subscribe on an Android device, billing is handled by Google Play.
- Every tier, Founding Member included, is purchased this way. Aurelo does not sell subscriptions on the web and never sees your card details.
8. Gold Credits
From time to time Aurelo may grant subscription credits — for example, free Gold months earned through the referral program or a promotion. Credits:
- Are applied automatically against your next renewal(s) before your payment method is charged.
- Are non-transferable — they attach to your account and cannot be given, sold, or moved to another account.
- Have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunds, or offsets against past charges.
- Are forfeited when your account is deleted, whether you delete it or it is terminated for breach of the Terms of Service.
- May be modified or discontinued prospectively as described in the Terms of Service; credits already granted remain usable.
9. Founding Member Subscriptions
The Founding Member program is a recurring annual Gold subscription at a locked-in price of $50.00 per year. It is not a one-time lifetime purchase. It follows these Subscription Terms except where the Founding Member Program Terms provide otherwise.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-App notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of a paid subscription after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
